Locations & journey details +

Airport journeys use Changi Airport and approved accommodation. Point-to-point transfers use the existing supported place catalogue. Private hire starts from an approved hotel. Arrival flight details, passengers, luggage and relevant extras appear in the journey form.

Two journeys, one round trip +

Arrival and departure have separate dates and times. Return pickup uses the same accommodation unless you select a different approved hotel.

Timing & cancellation +

Existing Singapore notice rules apply: before 10 AM, earliest same-day pickup is 10 AM; from 10 AM, at least three hours’ notice. Cancellation at least 24 hours before pickup qualifies for a full refund. Later cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. Cancelling one round-trip leg reprices the remaining leg at its standalone rate.
