Information you provide

When you contact us or make a booking, we may receive your name, contact details, travel dates, group details, pickup information, booking reference and messages. Please provide only information needed for your enquiry or experience. Payment details entered in a separate checkout are handled by that payment or booking provider under its own notice.

How we use information

We use information to answer enquiries, arrange and support bookings, communicate meeting or pickup details, provide the experience, manage changes and refunds, keep business records and respond to requests. We may send marketing messages where permitted and you can ask us to stop by contacting us.

Who may receive it

Relevant booking details may be shared with guides, transport providers, attractions and service providers involved in fulfilling your experience. When you follow a link to Bókun, the Wandoras trip planner, WhatsApp or an external travel platform, that service may collect information directly under its own privacy policy.

Website technology

Our hosting and linked services may process technical information needed to deliver the site, such as device, browser and request data. Third-party services may use their own cookies or similar technology. Check their notices and your browser controls for more information.

Optional advertising measurement

With your separate Meta marketing consent, we use Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure visits, product views, checkout starts and completed paid bookings, and to help measure and personalise advertising on Meta services. We share the relevant product identifiers, event time, page context and, for a completed paid booking, its final SGD value and a pseudonymous event identifier. A consented pseudonymous browser identifier may be used for matching. We do not send payment-card details, passport details, booking contact fields or free-reservation revenue as part of this integration. Meta may process this information outside Singapore under its Privacy Policy.

Meta tracking is off unless you explicitly opt in. An earlier Google-only cookie choice does not enable Meta. Use Cookie settings to change your choice at any time; withdrawal stops subsequent Meta browser events and suppresses queued server events associated with your consent identifier. It does not undo data already delivered to Meta. Tracking failures do not affect your booking or payment.

Protection and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect personal data and limit access to those who need it for the purposes above. We retain information for as long as needed for the booking, customer support, business records or applicable legal requirements, then remove or anonymise it when appropriate. Some providers may process data outside Singapore, subject to applicable data protection requirements.

Your choices and requests

You can ask about the personal data we hold, request correction, or withdraw consent where applicable. Withdrawal may affect our ability to provide a requested service. For a booking made with an external platform, you may also need to contact that platform about information it controls.
